Article VI POST SEASON COMPETITION
Section 6 - Option to Transfer a) Any team may request an option to transfer to a different section. The team must submit a written request to the Commissioner’s Office and a $50 nonrefundable fee by Jan.15th. Commissioner’s Office will notify the requesting team of available options and teams will have thirty minutes to accept or withdraw their transfer. The Commissioner will then move down the list in rank order.
b) The team with highest national ranking will be given first option to transfer etc. National ranking will be done by Commissioner and Executive Committee by collecting information on the head to head competition.
c) Teams requesting to transfer to a section with more than 8 teams must qualify at one of that Section’s Regional tournaments (unless it has been determined to have a larger sectional tournament).
[Written request and non-refundable $50 check must be received by The Commissioner prior to January 15, 2009 to participate in the transfer request process. NO EXCEPTIONS]

Section 8 - Withdrawal from participation Any team that withdraws after January 15 will have their membership revoked and be charged a $500.00 fee to reinstate their membership and privileges.
