The USQRA now has three sets of 40 second clocks.  They are available to tournaments on a first requested, first served basis.  These clocks are borrowed from the USQRA subject to the following terms:

1. The tournament host is responsible for the cost of shipping.  While the USQRA will attempt to arrange direct delivery to tournaments when possible and to expedite shipping between tournaments, there will be some circumstances where the clocks will need to be shipped from and returned to the USQRA.  Shipping from tournament to tournament will be paid for by the shipping tournament.

2. Shipped clocks must be insured at a value of $1500.00.

3. The last tournament to have possession of the clocks will be responsible for any loss or damage other than insured while shipping.

4. Each tournament acknowledges that shipping to the next tournament may require 3 day shipping at an additional cost.

5. Further shipping instructions may be included with the clocks.

6. Each tournament should purchase at least one 9 volt battery per day and replace the battery daily.
