The following rule change/correction was made to the IWRF specifications on the rear most part of a rugby chair.

IWRF legal definition of "Rear most part of chair."

The USQRA Equipment committee ruled that this rule change will take effect after 12/31/2008.  Until that time, chairs which violate this rule will be considered legal.
