I am selling a brand-new (used once) VMC defensive rugby chair w/o wheels. This rugby frame uses 24 inch wheels, has a flat high picker, welded clothing guards, easy transfer side rails, and adjustable ratchet strap belt and binder. I paid over $3,700 for the frame.
