I have no idea how to get involved in this sport. I have been in a chair for about 2 years, and I want to play. I am a t4-t5 complete, and have full arm control... but hardly any trunk control. I was wondering if I would qualify to play, and if so, how do I go about starting?
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

how to get started
just find the team representatives name and contact info for the team in your area, teams can be found on the old site under teams. and just start showing up to a practice and see if the sport is for you, that is how i would get started

Push, Train, and Practice
but u need to be a quadriplegic to play. You're halfway there, being a para, now all you need is a love for the game to handle a sledge hammer to your hands and bam, your a quad.

Impairment in all four limbs
Go to this link, The Game and it states this requirement to be eligible to play the sport.
Several teams will let abs and paras practice with them, in which case it is a matter of contacting the closest existing team. Try this old site page, Find a Team
