Registration Fee
Team registration fees are $350.00 U.S. for up to twelve members including coaches, support, etc. Each additional member will be $25.00 each. Registered players and support will receive tournament give away items and lunch meals. Registration forms and fees must be received by December 9th! Must be eligible by USQRA standards. Teams that withdraw from the tournament after December 9th will not be refunded. Classification cards will be required.

We have reserved a rate of $89 per night for standard Doubles Suites. The group code is: Iron Rugby. The block on rooms will be reserved until December 6th. Transportation
Transportation from airport to hotel and hotel to venue will be provided to registered team members only. Airport transportation will not be provided to teams that turn in flight information after December 9th, 2012. Teams that want Airport to Hotel transportation MUST TRAVEL TOGETHER and arrive at General Mitchell International Airport between the hours of 8 a.m.-10 p.m.
