Dear Team Representative,
 
The NY Jets would like to thank you for your interest in the NY Warriors 3rd Annual Al Youakim Invitational Wheelchair Rugby Tournament. The tournament will be held October 9th-10th at Kinnelon High School in Kinnelon, NJ.
 
REGISTRATION – Contact Darren Templeton at darrenjtempleton@gmail.com or (201) 396-7604. Once your team has confirmed participation in the tournament, a $350 registration fee applies. Please send team rosters to Darren Templeton ASAP. Checks need to be received no later than September 24, 2010. [If checks are not received by this date your teams spot is subject to being filled by an alternate team, if this payment date is not possible please contact me].

HOTELSDIRECTIONS TO GYM
La Quinta Inn located at 1850 Rt. 23 & Ratzer Road Wayne, NJ 07470. Phone (973) 696-8050
There are 35 rooms blocked under the name “Warriors”. They will be held until September 14th. Rooms are $69 per night plus tax, and out of the 35 rooms, seven are accessible. Breakfast at the hotel is included; each room has a microwave and refrigerator.
PLAYING SITE- Competition will take place at Kinnelon High School located at 121 Kinnelon Road in Kinnelon, NJ 07405. Overnight storage for playing chairs is available in the gym at your own risk.
 
START TIME – Our daily schedule will be 9-5:00 on Saturday and 9-3:00 on Sunday. Awards Ceremonies will immediately follow the final game.
 
PLAYING SCHEDULE - The schedule will be posted on the web and e-mailed to all team representatives as soon as it is available. USQRA rules apply.
 
FOOD-. Breakfast (donuts, fruit, coffee) and lunch will be provided at the gym on Saturday and Sunday for players, coaches and support staff only. Each team will be given a case of water at the start of the tournament.
