After this has been confirmed, please complete the registration (see files) and send a registration fee of $350 made out to Carolina Crash and mail to:

The entrance fee covers the cost of the gym as well as meals and snacks. Checks need to be made out to Carolina Crash. If payment is not received by September 15th, your spot will be forfeited and given to another team.
