this administration sux when it comes to scheduling, seedings and posting said on the web. it's been this way the entire season. just my honest opinion.
Well, It is hard to figure out seeding since I don't think I have been to a tournament with some of these teams full roster...
What is Philly A+B really? I think one of them would truly be higher than NY or East Coast, did they leave anyone home that weekend?
Tampa Left a few home and came in behind Atlanta and Raleigh.. But think they would more likely be the 1 or 2 seed.
So regionals gave us the 4 or 8 but does not give us true seedings.
But I would like to know who is in my pool to somewhat prepare.
I think the 4th position and posibly the 3rd position for Atlantic may be a shoot out.
So lets come up with it.
1. Tampa
2. Atlanta
3. Philly A
4. Raliegh
5. East Coast
6. Carolina
7. NY
8. Philly B
Maybe that will get some conversation going... I really do not know for sure what final roster people are using and with the way the tournaments went this year it seems it is a crap shoot for the 3-8.
According to the USQRA policy or bylaws or whatever its called, seedings/rankings are according to previous games wether or not the team had all of their players. Even though a team may be better than another if they had their full lineup they get seeded lower due to the loss. So yes the final results may not be the same as the seedings.

If this is true, how does Philly get ranked above NY? NY finished ahead of both Philly teams. We never did get the scores and such from Atlantic North Regionals, but the final rankings were on the sight.
It doesn't much matter, everyone just needs to show up and play at Sectionals.
Looking forward to it.
That's good to know. Why haven't the results been posted? Scores would be nice to know. But I guess it somewhat makes sense now. See you in Philly Eric.(or NJ)
The Atlantic North results were posted in this forum..
If you ask me, I'd like to see more post-season tournaments adopt a format like we'll have at the Heartland Sectional... Teams, basically, will have to earn their seed on the court at our tournament..
Hell, who wants to see every game go according to seed anyway? Ummm, I guess the top 4 seeds, but who other than them...lol

It does make it interesting, and if you don't bring your full crew to Regionals, you can be in trouble. It really didn't affect us, but thought it was interesting how it worked out with pools etc... Ultimately it all get works out at the tournament.
Looking for some interesting pool play in the B-Pool of the Atlantic...
