2010 USQRA Pacific Sectional Tournament

Dear Team Representatives,

The Portland Pounders proudly invite you to the “2010 USQRA Pacific Sectional Tournament”.  The tournament will be held March 12th, 13th and 14th at Benson High School in Portland, OR. 

We are expecting an eight team event with games starting at 5pm Friday and finishing by 5pm on Sunday. We will provide transportation, lunches, t-shirts and referees’ fees. 

Classification will also be held during the weekend.

Rooms are being held under “Portland Pounders” and must be reserved by February 12th. 
The cost is $79/night.  All rooms are suites with a pullout couch in addition to the beds.
We are working with the Sales Manager, Morgan Thompson.  She can be reached at 503 484-2123.

We are in the process of arranging transportation and need to know your flight schedule as soon as possible. 

Please send me your flight information by February 15th.

We will be serving lunches at the gym on Saturday and Sunday.  The hotel has a continental breakfast buffet each morning, which is complimentary, as well as other breakfast options for a charge.

I have also enclosed a roster and transportation form.  Please fill them out and return them to me by the 15th.  I will be sending a schedule and directions as soon as seeding has been decided.

Participating teams should download the accompanying file to submit roster and transportation information and return the completed form by February 15th.
