Wheelchair rugby Low Point Tournament

Thursday May 27th - Saturday May 29th, 2010

What: The Rebels host the first low point tournament for teams with players of the same citizenship.
A maximum of 8 teams will compete for the trophy, 5 games per team guaranteed!

When: First game at 9:00 Thursday May 27th, last game ends 16:00 Saturday May 29th.  Team award ceremony will be right after the final.
Players party incl. players award 7 p.m. Saturday night May 29th at the Renaissance Hotel

The Hotel is near the school in a pushing distance of 200 m.
Rates: double bedroom 95 €; single room 80 € per night, breakfast incl.
Accommodation dead line: special rates valid until Thursday, 18th March 2010, after that it will be an ordinary hotel charge, rates for extra stay on request.
Reservations will be made by the organizers regarding your final registration form.

Players party:
The Party starts at 7 p.m Saturday 29th., Banquet, Musik and a lot of fun………
red and white wine, draft beer, pale and dark wheat beer, apple and orange juice, Pepsi, Pepsi light, Mirinda und 7Up and water are for free untill 11 pm

Quick response and dead lines:
Please respond as quickly as possible as there will be only 8 spots. First come, first serve will be provided for the first 6 committed teams.
First entry form has to be returned by Thursday, 18th March 2010.
Final registration form has to be returned by Thursday, 1st April 2010.

Referees and Officials:
Referees will be invited by the head official Günther Wickenhäuser.
All referees will be accommodated at the Renaissance Hotel, their rooms will be paid for by the organizers. Referees will be paid per match: Field € 15, table € 10.

Food:
        Breakfast:           Renaissance Hotel 6.30 - 11 a.m.
        Lunch + Dinner:   available at restaurants nearby, see attached map
        Gym:                  the organizers provide water, coffee and tea for free

Costs and Transportations:
Entry fee is € 400 per Team and € 40 per Person.
For full acceptation payment has to be made by Thursday, 15th April 2010.
If you are arriving by plane, we provide a shuttle service for Frankfurt and Stuttgart by an extra charge of € 400 per team and single transportation for € 150 / one way € 75.

Invoice will be sent to you after receiving your final registration form. (depends on number of participants, transportation etc.)

Insurance:
All teams have to take care of all their own insurances regarding the "Real Deal" Tournament.
If a team backs out and has made any payment before Thursday, 15th April 2010 full refund is guaranteed.
For cancellation of teams or participations between Thursday, 15th April and Thursday, 13th May 2010 hotel cost will be refunded fully but no refund of entry fees.
All cancellations later then Thursday, 13th May 2010 will not be refunded.

Rules and Modifications:
Each team must consist of a minimum of 5 players and must be able to form a legal line up
(3.5 or less points) in case of one player can't play.
Team players must have the same citizenship of the registered team. Exception: Player has a citizenship of a non wheelchair rugby playing country.
Official IWRF rules except scoring clock. All games without 40 sec. score limit.
Only 0.5, 1.0 and 1.5 players allowed. Team points max. 3.5.
