ACCOMMODATIONS

Hotel accommodations are available at the following Hotel.

Holiday Inn Lakewood - $72, Double Bed, Includes Breakfast for 2. There are a limited number of handicap accessible rooms. All double bedrooms have wide doors.

TRANSPORTATION

Scheduled transportation to and from Denver International Airport and your hotel will be provided. There will be scheduled transportation between the gymnasium and the hotel. Transportation will be provided to and from the airport on Thursday from 3pm to 8pm and Sunday afternoon.

TEAM CHECK-IN

The tournament check in will be at gymnasium before the games on Friday, March 14, 2008

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE

Play has been tentatively scheduled as follows:

Friday, March 14 – 10:00 am - 5 pm

Saturday, March 15 - 10:00 am- 5pm

Sunday, February 12 - 9:00 am -1:30 pm

Award Ceremony - 1:30 pm

MEALS

Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided at no cost to team members and 2 support person (must be listed on roster) on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

EQUIPMENT STORAGE

Game chairs and equipment may be stored overnight in a secured location at the gymnasium.

ENVIRONMENT

Denver is 5280 feet (1 mile high) above sea level, and some visitors may feel the effects of the altitude. We encourage you to drink plenty of water to help you adjust to the altitude! The weather conditions at this time of year can range from near 0 degrees with snow to sunshine and 70 degrees. Even though Denver experiences 300 plus days of sunshine and a year, please be prepared for extremes.
