11.) Amends the bylaws to provide for funding of Team USQRA with developmental funds.
Identify the specific provision that will be changed:
If current language will be removed, state it here:
“There will be a “team fee” of $500.00 per international player for every USQRA team that rosters an international player. The money will go into a USQRA developmental fund that will assist new players with equipment and skills development.”
Replace the above removed language with:
Part 1) “There will be a “team fee” of $500.00 per international player for every USQRA team that rosters an international player.”
Part 2) “These monies will go into a USQRA developmental fund having 50% of collected fees dedicated to Team USQRA Developmental Program on an annual basis.”
Part 3) “50% of collected funds will go into individual grants dedicated to assisting new players with equipment and skills development”
Part 4) “No member of Team USQRA Developmental Program will be eligible for an individual grant.”
State the reason the proposal should be passed:
The purpose of this proposed change is to help support and assist athletes of Team USQRA to reach the next level and to assist those Developmental Program athletes with out of pocket expenses.

Some additional information would be helpfull.
How much did the $500 per international player fee generate in revenue this year? previous year?
I looked at the USQRA 2007 - 2008 budget but it looks like it groups penalties/transfers/international in one line item: Penalties - $5,000.
Got a good number yet?
Thanks,
Kimball
