The dates are Friday-Sunday, January 8-10, 2010.

Venue is Jacksonville Ice and Sportsplex

Primary host hotel is the Holiday Inn Express (rate is 72.00/night including hot breakfast bar; group code is SSR). Barbeque will be held on-site one night.

Transportation provided to /from  Holiday Inn Express and venue. Limited airport transportation provided Thursday afternoon/evening and Sunday afternoon/evening.

Overnight equipment storage and lunches/one dinner  provided.
