2010 Coloplast International Quad Rugby Tournament

January 22-24, 2010

Teams: This is an 8 team D2 international tournament

Registration Fee: Team registration fees are $400.00 U.S. for up to ten members including coaches, support, etc.  Each additional member will be $25.00 each.  Registered players and support will receive tournament give away items and lunch meals.  Teams bringing approved referees will only be charged a $300.00 registration fee.  These officials must be able to work all game slots to receive the discount.  Please let me know ASAP if you will be bringing a ref.

No guest players will be allowed for U.S. teams unless otherwise approved by the tournament director. Registration forms and fees must be received by December 11th! Must be eligible by USQRA standards. Teams that withdraw from the tournament after December  18th  will not be refunded. Classification cards will be required.

We have reserved a rate of $109 per night for standard Doubles.
The group code is: Coloplast International Rugby Tournament.  This rate will be reserved until December 20th. You can make your reservation by:

  •   Calling 1-800-EMBASSY and mentioning the group code
  •   Calling 813-875-1555 and asking for Allyson Garcia

Transportation:   Transportation from airport to hotel and hotel to venue will be provided to registered team members only. Airport transportation will not be provided to teams that turn in flight information after December 11th, 2009.  Teams that want Airport to Hotel transportation MUST TRAVEL TOGETHER and arrive at Tampa International Airport between the hours of 8 a.m.-9 p.m. We are unable to accommodate teams arriving before Thursday, Jan 21st or departing after Sun, Jan 24th.
