A note to all USQRA team reps and team members.
To better enforce and organize the “over 45 rule”, the commissioners office is asking that team representatives and team members both note on the upcoming 2009-2010 registration and send via email to the commissioners office at
current or upcoming season members who are affected by the rule. The sooner the players are known the sooner stickers can be prepared to be shipped out.
It is important to note the exact date of the birthday along with a copy of the state ID and or state drivers license. The proof can be either scanned and emailed or mailed to:
